Hi! My name is Leandra and I am a Business Advisor and Growth Strategist. My passion is helping under-supported small business owners, course creators and entrepreneurs break free from being overwhelemed and time-crunched, so they can reclaim their time and get back to what they love.

I have over 15 years of hands-on expertise in: business finance, marketing and strategic planning and have supported 100s of aspiring and established business owners launch and grow their endeavors.

As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of wearing multiple hats. I also think that there's nothing more empowering than knowledge.

I know it's easy to feel confused by  all of the moving parts of running a business - understanding your numbers, managing your team, balancing your time, planning for what's  next - all the things. Trust me, I get it! 

My superpower is making complex, daunting (but essential!) business operations approachable, actionable and manageable.
